Stainless steel belt freezers, matched to your production process

Continuous product flow and controlled freezing. De Branding B.V. develops belt and tunnel freezers that suit your product, required capacity and production environment.

How it works

How does a belt freezer work?

In a belt or tunnel freezer, products move through the freezing zone on a continuous conveyor belt. Belt dwell time, temperature and air circulation are matched to the product and the required throughput.

Design

Designed for your production line

  • Continuous product flow
  • Controlled and even freezing
  • Matched belt speed and dwell time
  • Hygienic stainless steel and good accessibility
  • Integration with infeed and outfeed
  • Tailored to product and capacity

Applications

Having a custom belt freezer made

From meat, poultry and fish to vegetables, potatoes, bakery products, snacks and ready meals: we think along about the complete line.

We build the belt freezer in our own workshop in Ouddorp, entirely in stainless steel and fully welded for hygiene. We supply it as one complete module or in several parts that are assembled and connected on site.

This helps us with your inquiry

  • Product type and product dimensions
  • Required throughput in kg per hour
  • Inlet temperature and required final temperature
  • Available space and connection to the production line
  • Requirements for cleaning, operation and maintenance

Approach

From engineering to commissioning

From technical design and stainless steel machine building to installation and commissioning: we match the installation to your production process. Conveyor systems and service and maintenance can also be part of the solution. The exact scope of supply is determined per project.
